STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.

Cute bag but it came with a horrible smell. The strap and interior is made very cheap. This is my first item form them and I'm pretty disappointed. I also reach out to customer service and they never got back to me. The only reason I gave more then one star is because the bag is cute.

The bag is beautiful! I bought a matching strap, but I’m taking off a star because of a very chemical “Temu smell”. It’s been a week and it’s still there, not sure it’ll ever leave.
Store owner replied: Oh, it's that freshly made Rocksoft tm cording. We produced this size Champagne cord custom for this bag but I GUARANTEE it will fade to zero in just a few days!
I was expecting more. I should have looked at the videos more closely because although the purse is nice enough, the strap is very plain and ordinary which takes away from the concept. You would have to definitely purchase a separate strap which is discouraging as this item is expensive and should have included a signature strap. So, without the strap this purse doesn't stand out.
