Refund policy
RETURNS: please initiate your request within 21 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT: please initiate your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Straps + Handbags must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
- If tags are removed, store credit or exchange will be offered.
- All refunds will be issued as soon as the package is received by us. You can check tracking info in your return portal.
- If Redo Returns Coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping on all DOMESTIC orders will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Straps + Handbags must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
- If tags are removed, only store credit or exchange will be offered.
- RETURN / EXCHANGE Shipping is covered by the customer on international orders.
- All refunds will be issued as soon as the package is received by us. You can check tracking info in your return portal.
