Refund policy

RETURNS: please initiate your request within 21 days of receiving your order. 

EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT: please initiate your request within 30 days of receiving your order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

• Straps + Handbags must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
• Refunds are processed the same day your return is received at our warehouse. Please note that return packages are first delivered to our local post office and then transferred to our warehouse once weekly. A “delivered” tracking scan indicates that your return has reached our local post office, but does not necessarily mean it has been received at our warehouse yet.

• You can check your return tracking information in your return portal.

  If Redo Returns Coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping on all domestic orders is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Straps + Handbags must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
• If tags are removed, only store credit or exchange will be offered. 
• RETURN / EXCHANGE Shipping is covered by the customer on international orders. 
• All refunds will be issued as soon as the package is received by us. You can check tracking info in your return portal.
