STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.

I just received my bag and for beauty, this bag is a 5 star . However, for functionality, it's a 2 star, but I gave it 4 stars because it is so beautiful. First of all, the inside lining is very loose inside the bag And because of that, It interferes with the snap closure meaning it's hard to snap the bag closed Because the Inside material gets in the way. I don't understand how a bag this expensive would not Be better curated. Everyone knows that when the lining of a bag is very loose and messy, it cheapens the bag. Along with that the bag is very small inside and it's curved so you're Limited in what you can put in it. While it was advertised as an everyday bag, it definitely is not an everyday bag. It's an evening bag. For me at least it's A bag you wear when you go out and get dressed up. I really wanted it to be in every day bag Since I don't often go out on the fancy side If you know what I mean. Not only that, but I was under the impression that you could take the handles or straps off and replace it with another one of their straps, Which I purchased for that reason but that's not the case. The straps on this bag Cannot be removed or replaced. I am Definitely keeping the bag because It is stunning, but I hope that your team reads the reviews and takes them into consideration with future creations.

Gorgeous bag just the right size and the right amount of bling!
The bag smelled so horrible when I opened the box. It made my entire upstairs smell. I had to put it in the garage. It took an entire week for the smell to become tolerable. I purchased the bag to use on my vacation, but do to the smell I could not pack it with my other items. It ruined an item of my clothing that I hung it next to. I can't get the smell out. I still have not used the bag. I did reach out to their customer service with no response. The bag is also very small on the inside so you can't put much in. The strap is poorly made and looks cheap. The bag is cute, but is not remotely worth what I paid. The smell is also absolutely terrible. Chemical and will give you a headache if you are around it too long. I'll never buy from this company again. So disappointed.

I loved the look and sparkle of this bag. I hope to use it on my Miami trip where I can show it off at the beach club. I wish it had a little more space available to carry all of the beach necessities, but still love it.
Cute bag but it came with a horrible smell. The strap and interior is made very cheap. This is my first item form them and I'm pretty disappointed. I also reach out to customer service and they never got back to me. The only reason I gave more then one star is because the bag is cute.

The bag is beautiful! I bought a matching strap, but I’m taking off a star because of a very chemical “Temu smell”. It’s been a week and it’s still there, not sure it’ll ever leave.
Store owner replied: Oh, it's that freshly made Rocksoft tm cording. We produced this size Champagne cord custom for this bag but I GUARANTEE it will fade to zero in just a few days!
I was expecting more. I should have looked at the videos more closely because although the purse is nice enough, the strap is very plain and ordinary which takes away from the concept. You would have to definitely purchase a separate strap which is discouraging as this item is expensive and should have included a signature strap. So, without the strap this purse doesn't stand out.

The lining is not stitched in properly and sticks out overtop of the bag. It’s not as big as it looked on the website. Disappointed in the quality
