STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.

The packaging was pristine. I could hardly believe the inside of the box had been through the mail. Everything was beautifully wrapped and placed like a gift inside.
The Champagne Bubbles Transformer is more stunning than I had believed it would be in real life. I was not disappointed. The sparkles are both prolific and elegant. I don't know how these "rocks" catch so much light and still look rich and expensive. It's an ingenious design. I'm now hooked. I'll be buying many more pieces!

The clear transformer insert isn’t too stiff and has smooth edges. Easily fits my phone, a wallet, car key, lipgloss, hand sanitizer, tampons and probably a few other things. Love that I can swap any Rocknot strap that I own with the clear transformer to go with my outfit at any stadium event.
Love the clear insert! Makes the transformer match anything and can be used on its own for games, concerts or anywhere that requires a clear bag. So chic! The only con would be that it doesn’t zip at the top like the other inserts (I get anxious about things falling out). Not that it happened, but I am definitely more aware :) love it
