I thought it was a beautiful color and bag, but it doesn't hold its structure once you put all your stuff inside of it. I ended up returning it because of that reason.

- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.
