STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.
HANDBAGS
- Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- Store the bag in the linen bag and do not put anything heavy on top of it.

I love all the Rocknot straps - I want them all in different styles and lengths. The only problem is I have to build in time for choosing the strap and which purse. Not a bad problem to have though.

The bag and strap is absolutely stunning! The only 2 negative things is it has a very bad smell to it and the strap pulls my hair out. But it’s so gorgeous I can get passed both of those negatives

Store owner replied: This is ALL TEMPORARY. I 100% guarantee it. When a strap is freshly made (cording, cutting, weaving) it can have a smell from the adhesive that holds all the rhinestones on. That's what the slight pull will be from too. But as soon as you wear it a few times it breaks in and fades to ZERO. Promise.

Love love your products. I get sooooo many compliments on my bag and strap. Every weekend I get stopped in the mall or grocery store. Had a lady in the grocery store last weekend come up to me and said I was drawn to that sparkle! I could tell she wanted to ask about it, so of course I go to tell her what strap I had which was the Magnum crown in gunmetal. I told her they have many styles and colors. And they have jewelry. Go to the website. She pulled it up as we were talking, and she said oh my gosh. I told her as I walked away you’re gonna love me then hate me later.
