Materials & Care
STRAPS
- SNAG FREE - Rocksoft TM cording will never snag your clothing. If you notice your new strap is pulling your hair however, this is 100% temporary and will disappear after it's been worn a few times. Expedite this by massaging a lightweight oil (like grapeseed) into the strap.
- WHEN ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Do not hang your bag by the rhinestone purse strap on a coat hook or hard chair for an extended period of time. The weight of your handbag will press the crystals out of place.
- WHEN NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR PURSE - Hang your strap by the clasp so it hangs straight. Or spiral it and put it back in the linen bag. Do not put anything heavy on top of it.

I love all things Rocknot! Customer Service is the absolute best, a 10/10!! After a few times wearing my bag the leather for the D clasp broke. I sent an email with pics and immediately customer service sent me out a new one.

The piece sewn to the bag, that holds that holds the strap fell off after using it the second time. Do not think that the stitching is as strong as it should be.

Such a great pack. It’s just so versatile! The soft material holds its shape, but is smooth to the touch the double zipper works great! Around the waist - over the shoulder - across the body - even under a coat- you need this.
